Opportunity:

Although shrimp waste can be put to several uses, it is often left to rot in landfills or gets thrown in rivers and oceans. The waste fertilizes the plant life in rivers, causing mass growth and blockages.

Solution:

To combat the problems posed by shrimp shell waste, the waste can be refined into Alpha Chitosan, a chemical that can be used as a non-carcinogenic fertilizer in addition to 240 other industries. As a fertilizer, it can increase the yield up to 120%.
