đ§ Lessons Learned & Advice:
Through my journey, Iâve come to realize that having a clear vision and well-defined goalsâcombined with a practical, resource-aware strategyâis the foundation of any success in innovation and digital transformation.
Iâve learned to turn challenges into real opportunities for growth and excellence. The key lies in building a strong network and fostering meaningful collaboration, especially when tapping into the support of leading organizations like ESCWA and programs from incubators and accelerators.
One thing became clear: having an idea isnât enough. What truly makes a difference is a clear vision, flexible execution, and relentless persistence.
My advice to every small and medium-sized organization: embrace flexibility and gradual implementation in your digital transformation journey, especially when resources are limited. Donât wait for perfectionâstart now with small, confident steps. These steps are what lead to big successes.
Always focus on tangible, measurable results. Stay agile and ready to adapt quickly, because the ability to evolve is what sets successful organizations apart in a constantly changing world.
Strategic partnerships and alliances give you extra strength and real support in competitive environments. Take advantage of every learning opportunityâespecially free courses and programs offered by organizations like ESCWA. Theyâre truly invaluable.
Remember, every challenge is a genuine opportunity for growth, and every step you take today brings you closer to a brighter, more innovative future.
And hereâs a special message to every woman: đđ» Education is powerâand you are the strongest.

Over the next 6 to 12 months, through the CoursĂȘtech platform, Iâll be focusing on designing innovative, specialized curricula for both national and international schools. Iâm also working on entering the Saudi market by building a strategic partnership with Kafalah.
My goal is to expand digital skills training programs to reach over 500 students, using open-source tools to ensure inclusivity and fairness. These programs will foster innovation by developing higher-order cognitive, social, and ethical skills.
Additionally, I plan to launch digital governance tools for emerging educational institutions via CoursĂȘtech, making their digital transformation journey more practical and effective.
Iâll continue building new strategic partnerships with local and international education and tech organizations to drive innovation and expand impact across European, North African, and Middle Eastern markets.
As an expert in educational innovation and digital transformation, I aim to evolve my role into that of a global advisorâoffering hands-on support and strategic guidance to institutions worldwide.
