Traditional auto service and car repair centers often face issues when it comes to ordering spare parts. A service center can source from 16 different vendors, having a massive fluctuation in part delivery dates and quality. This issue ends up getting passed on to their customers in the form of delays, poor quality, and inconvenience.

MySayara, an on-demand car care service provider, saw an opportunity that can make car owners’ lives easier.

The startup kicked off in the UAE as an on-demand car care service providing customers with a doorstep cleaning. The startup later expanded to provide full-fledged car care such as pick-up and drop-off, routine servicing, and roadside assistance- all available to book conveniently through a mobile app.

To solve the sourcing challenges, MySayara acquired another UAE online car parts distributor for $2.6 million, allowing them to fill the gap of quality and convenience in the car servicing market.

Today, the car maintenance app is available in the UAE and India, competing against traditional car repair centers while offering a more reliable, convenient, timely, and quality-controlled service.
