This side event is organized by the ecomConnect team at the International Trade Centre (ITC).
Selling services such as web services and online courses requires a different approach to selling a product online: productization. In the first part of the session, we will cover how to successfully digitize services, the key elements to succeed in online service selling as well as what services can be sold online in today’s online e-commerce landscape. In the second part of the session, we will dive deeper into e-learning, how to create products and courses that sell online and how to stand out, market and sell your online courses. Both sessions will include example and case studies and success stories.
