Engaging the green entrepreneurship ecosystem actors in Jordan

In Jordan, environmental entrepreneurship has started emerging in recent years. However, there is still a gap between the entrepreneurs’ needs and the support structures available to them. Through the Community of Practice (CoP) approach, cewas aims at strengthening the skills, collaboration and overall services of incubators, accelerators and further intermediaries that support green entrepreneurs in Jordan. In regular meetings, ecosystem organisations' representatives exchange experiences and learnings from their own perspective. The representatives also share work anecdotes and think collectively of solutions for arising challenges in the sector, and form task forces around topics where improvements are needed.

CoP involves over 16 partner organisations and +20 individual members as well as guests from the public sector. The CoP has been running since September 2019. For more information, contact Maisam Otoum.
