In Germany, EdTech solutions have great potential. Germany invests heavily in public education, spending about 4.2 percent of GDP on it. Not least the Corona pandemic has clearly demonstrated the need to expand electronic capabilities in schools, universities and private learning institutions. The sector has been growing steadily since 2010. The German government is investing a total of 5 billion euros in expanding the digital infrastructure in schools as part of the "Digitalpakt Schule" (Digital Pact for Schools).
