The Middle East Forum for Development and Peacebuilding is a regional platform dedicated to enhancing opportunities for cooperation and collaborative work. It aims to empower youth and women in local communities to create initiatives and programs that promote peace, security, social, economic, and political stability. The forum focuses on building partnerships between individuals, civil society, and governments to find sustainable solutions to the challenges facing the region. Through research programs, advocacy, and capacity building, it seeks to contribute to advancing effective solutions, policies, and practices, as well as progress in Middle Eastern and North African societies.

The forum is recognized as a virtual exchange center, operating through a multilingual interactive space for the exchange of expertise, information, and global knowledge. It provides the collective strength, tools, and necessary resources to empower youth and women to develop their inherent creativity and contribute to shaping the next generation of youth and change-makers. This is achieved by stimulating creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous learning, leveraging investments in virtual technology and digital business techniques to provide the following:

1. Facilitating opportunities for exchanging experiences, knowledge, and learning from the experiences of others working on various critical issues and challenges.

1. Providing opportunities to work and collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to real change at the level of systems, effective international policies, and practices.

1. Contributing to the creation and improvement of crisis resources and providing participants with practical strategies to unleash their creativity and leadership through effective brainstorming.

1. Fostering a spirit of creativity and innovation and promoting awareness and dialogue on various critical issues and challenges.

1. Facilitating communication between decision-makers, public policies, and change-makers from young leaders and activists from different regions and at all levels, motivating them to participate, engage, and collaborate in taking decisive actions.

1. Providing specially designed resources and tools for developing solutions, policies, strategic and developmental plans, and offering the necessary support and guidance in the context of important dialogues, international negotiations, consultations, and other discussions.

1. Encouraging local communities with practices and safe spaces that should be connected to other partners working on similar topics, fostering a spirit of solidarity and partnership.

We also strive to support local communities in the MENA region through research and advocacy. We are committed to sharing knowledge and resources and are excited to collaborate with you in order to build a better future for the MENA region.
