One of the key drivers of the Czech Republic's economy is the agrifood sector. Milk, animals, cereals, sugar, and malt are the most popular exports. Organic farming is practiced on almost 14% of cropland in the Czech Republic, which is one of the highest rates among the 28 RIS countries.
